Duties Performed by the LPN:
- Travel 50-70%
- Document visit per care plan
- Skilled Nursing
- Gather information for skilled care nursing cases
- Performed services for skilled care clients
- Initial nursing visit (progress notes and other documentation)
- Perform supervisory duties such as evaluation and reports
- LPN will make initial visits for new admissions of clients to the Nurse Registry and Home Health to meet the client and review the approved services and duties of the caregiver
- Conduct random home visits to survey whether the caregiver complies with the assigned services
- LPN will assist the nurse with COVID testing and reporting and surveys when needed
- Document visits and results in AxisCare software
Qualifications
Current Florida or compact LPN license.
