Florry Creative Care Corporation has over 25 years of combined experience providing medical services and case management to ensure patients are linked to all resources that best fit their needs. We provide in-home care for the elderly and disabled. We offer flexible hours to meet your schedule.  

The LPN will provide comprehensive health, social, supportive, and therapeutic services for functionally impaired seniors in a community-based setting. We aim to help families whose loved ones wish to remain at home as long as possible but struggle with providing care.

ADULT DAYCARE DETAILS

Adult Day Care Services are for Hillsborough County residents age 60 and older who have decreased physical, mental, or social function. 

The Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)

  • Travel to Hillsborough County Adult Day Care as needed
  • Assist with medication administration
  • Initial nursing assessment (progress notes and other documentation)
  • Assist the supervisor with other duties as needed

Qualifications

Current Florida or LPN license. 

LPN Skills (Will Train if Needed) 

  • Understanding HIPPA and best nursing practices
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Compassionate and able to handle stress
  • Medication administration 
  • Able to lift 50lbs
  • Meals and snacks

COVID-19 precautions

  • Personal protective equipment provided 
  • Knowledge of infection control practices 
  • Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures
